Introducing the Drakonoid! A highly customizable dragon model for use in VRChat.

BOLDED OPTIONS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE BY CUSTOMIZING USING THE BLEND FILE FOR A MORE OPTIMIZED POLYCOUNT, BONE COUNT AND PHYSBONE COUNT
Features include:
- Full body tracking support
- 9 hair styles, 2 head crests, 10 horn styles, 5 ear styles and 4 tail tips
- Face customizations; muzzle shape, nostril type, nose plates, whiskers and lip shape
- Fluff toggle, with chest fluff option and back fluff option
- A toggleable outfit
- 2 different body types (Buffer, Thi*cer) and a separate model for chest type
- Custom icons for radial menus
- around 14 facial expressions, accessible through the avatars 3.0 menu OR through combinations of hand gestures
- Tail and Wing puppet, with wing size slider
- A flame you can summon and use to breathe fire
- Substance Painter files* and PSDs for the body and for outfits
- Presets in Substance for different markings and patterns
- Physbones on all relevant bones
- ~50k poly count
- Good or medium performance rating, depending on number of physbones used
- VRchat and MMD visemes
- Twist bones for a more natural deformation
- A Blender "character customization" using sliders.
- Corrective blendshapes on shoulders using Avatar Dynamics
- A guide that takes you through the entire process for customizing, texturing, and setting up your model for Unity.
*Substance painter version used is 6.2.2. Prior versions will not be able to open the project.
Poiyomi and VRchat SDK are NOT included. Make sure to import them BEFORE importing the Unity package provided.

Blender is required for some customization options.
Provided is a special blend file. Using drivers, I was able to create a customization menu which makes it easier to browse through each option. The irrelevant bones are automatically hidden and have their deform value disabled, which keeps them from being exported when "only deform bones" is checked on export. Unfortunately, this might make it more of a hassle to make custom modifications of the model outside of the menu I provided if you're not familiar with blender drivers.
Working this way makes it much easier for me to potentially add more options to this model and for you to keep it optimized.
